Travelodge owns more than 500 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain and employs more than 6000 staff. Earlier this week it went into a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) - a legal process which helps companies reduce debts and outgoings. But what does this mean for the companies' stakeholders?
